I am shit scared of putting myself out there to the world. I have my own personal insecurities and limiting beliefs that stop me from posting valuable content on social media. It’s just not right!!

It feels so much better to get that off my chest!!!

Social media is a massive part of the world and business these days and I have decided that it is time to face my fears and embrace it.

I am not the best writer, but I am just going to put it out there, be 100 per cent honest with you and write here everything about my experiences.  You’ll see how I train, learn what I learn, find out the things that work, and those that don’t.   Everything I discover goes here, all with the goal of enhancing your health and fitness.

Earlier this year I came up with my ‘worthy ideal’ thanks to my great mentor Keegan Smith.

My Worthy Ideal involves the following points:

  • To educate the world one person at a time on nutrition, training, lifestyle & accountability.
  • I believe that I have one of the most important roles in society.
  • I have regular contact with hundreds of people, I have the knowledge to pass on and educate and I know that my product works.
  • I am not trying to sell a product that looks good on the shelves but doesn’t actually come through with the goods. I am not selling Coca Cola!!!
  • I am selling a healthy and active lifestyle that will make you feel better, live longer and be healthier.

As I write this I am 11,568m in the air en route to Thailand for a 4-week training adventure with my partner Casey. We have decided to have an extended Christmas break doing what we love doing the most – training, learning, eating, sleeping and reading by the pool.  I’m going to:

  • Try new sessions I’ve never done before,
  • Train with new people and learn from them,
  • Experience life from a whole new dimension.

I have never taken a four-week holiday from work (I don’t really like to call this a holiday as I will be learning and working as well).  This is going to be awesome!!!

I just wanted to let you know that I will be keeping a diary of our time in Thailand.  My aim of this diary is to follow through with my worthy ideal and give you an insight to the endless possibilities that we have in this world.

So watch this space for the next 4 weeks to keep up to date with our trip.
